Job Title: Sales Representative - Cascade Valley Cannabis

Job Type: Full-Time (may include deliveries and remote work)

Established in 2016 as one of the first recreational farms in the state, we pride ourselves on being a small family owned and operated business in a large and exciting industry.

Job Description: As a Sales Representative at Cascade Valley Cannabis, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our extensive range of prerolls and concentrates. This is a full-time position that may involve deliveries and remote work, offering you a diverse and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients and promote our products.
  • Provide expert product knowledge, ensuring customers are well-informed about the different strains, effects, and consumption methods.
  • Actively engage with customers to build relationships, answer questions, and address any concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery/sales supplies and vehicle.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using leaflink and quickbooks.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products.
  • Perform deliveries to customers as needed, ensuring timely and secure product transportation.
  • Engage in remote work tasks such as answering customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Vendor days and events.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for cannabis products, including prerolls and concentrates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license (if deliveries are required).
