We are seeking an IT Support/Help Desk to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting users with printer, file access, logon and other issues
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Track customer issues and resolutions using ticketing system

Qualifications:

• Active Directory Users and Computers familiarity
• Basic network functionality/troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor

Education Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
