What your responsibilities will be:
  • Greet patients.
  • Check-in and check-out patients
  • Assist patients with required paperwork for dental services and financial responsibilities.
  • Collect payments and post payments to patient accounts.
  • Keep the reception area neat and clean.
  • Check e mails and voicemails - Respond in a timely manner.
  • C ommunicat e with other departments for support.
  • Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Answer phone calls and transfer them to the correct department/person.
