Clinicians have the opportunity to use a variety tools to make their session effective and fun for all! Our clinicians are expected to have 70% direct patient care, mentoring and collaboration across all disciplines.
Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient private practice in need of a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist. We are a growing and fast-paced campus that offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services in a traditional clinical setting, as well as on our ranch, with the incorporation of the horse as part of a comprehensive evidence-based plan (hippotherapy.)

Occupational Therapist-Pediatric Job Duties:
An Occupational Therapist-Pediatric delivers excellent family-centered patient care, that aims to support functional goals and needs of the patient and their family. Occupational Therapists perform assessments and interpretation of evaluations and test results; determining occupational therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription and carrying out a treatment plan that supports functional improvement across the lifespan.
The compensation range varies based on experience: $74,880-$112,100
