Residential Maintenance Tech needed for Clubhouse general maintenance. PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for a handyman for residential part time work.
This is a part-time opportunity working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8AM to 4 : 30PM.The pay rate for this job is $20.50 / hourBenefits :

- OSHA 10 TrainingResponsibilities :
- Will be performing minor repairs at a high end HOA resort
- General labor included, and not limited to, moving furniture install furniture, changing filters, other minor tasks assigned, etc
- Light rough plumbing
- Light welding
- Light electric (cutting line, installing outlets, etc)
- Light carpentry, stucco, trim work, molding replacement, staining, painting, maintain door hardware
- Concrete patchwork, tiling, wallpaper and must be able to replace cobblestone
- Must be presentable and cannot have visible tattoos, piercings, etc
- Possibility for OT depending on jobsite needs, emergency repairs, etcQualifications :
