Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team. As a Dance Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your love for dance and inspire students of all ages. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging dance curriculum for students of various age groups and skill levels
- Teach dance techniques, choreography, and routines in various styles such as ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and more
- Plan and conduct dance classes, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and performance
- Organize and coordinate dance recitals, showcases, and other performances
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to create a cohesive dance program
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in the dance industry

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dance Instructor or in a related role
- Strong knowledge of various dance styles and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate dance moves to students
- Experience working with children of all ages
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students and parents/guardians
- Strong organizational skills for lesson planning, scheduling, and event coordination
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching dance
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
