Imagine Coolidge Elementary School is Hiring a Teacher Near Coolidge, AZ

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to ensure their academic and personal growth.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and engagement
- Provide instruction in various subjects such as preschool, special education, physical education, etc.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and promote a respectful learning environment
- Assess student performance through regular evaluations, tests, and assignments
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic development
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure the overall well-being of students
- Incorporate technology and other innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience
- Monitor student behavior and address any behavioral issues using appropriate behavior management strategies
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in childhood development and education

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required)
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting (preferred)
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and educational theories
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools

Note: All positions at our organization are paid positions. Internship positions are also compensated.
