Job Description
Responsibilities
· Creating new projects in the system
· Work with the preconstruction manager and estimator on approval handoffs
· Be able to review submittals and customer PO, prior to orders
· Generate orders and follow up with regular status updates to customers
· Ability to assist with month project/customer review meetings with the account managers
· Work with customers to provide solutions, should issues arise
· Coordinate with field team and the warehouse on shipment schedules
· Be able to monitor and hit monthly forecasted goals
· Work with the warehouse on stock levels and replenishing where needed
· Work closely with accounting and the warehouse team on closing out projects
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Experience and knowledge in Lighting design and construction process
· Detailed oriented, analytical and ability to multi tasks
· Ability to be flexible and adapt with tight deadlines
· Strong organization skills
· Display strong values and ability to work with others
