Trillium Construction is seeking Production Welders for a long term / permanent opportunity near Conway, Arkansas.
Work is expected to start ASAP. No Per Diem is offered at this time. Pay rates for Production Welder that meet the qualifications will start at $20 / hr and up, depending on experience and skill set.
Work schedule is 10-12 hours a day Monday-Friday with possibility for Saturday work. 50-60 hours per week. The Production Welder must possess the ability to operate / set up provided welding equipment.
The ability to MIG weld standard wire on 1 / 4 Inch to 1 / 16 of an inch galvanized metal plate is required. A weld test will be administered upon arrival.
Moderate physical effort may be required consisting of : lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of heavy material.
Lift up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques. Ability to withstand a minimum of 10 hours on a concrete surface.

- Willingness to work long term employment
- Have own welding hood
- Ideal Welders will preferably have previous experience in a production / manufacturing welding environment.
- Be familiar with various metal gauges and weld requirements of the material.
