As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for developing insights, creating descriptive analytics, diagnosing data and prescribing data-driven solutions across our entire business. The successful candidate will be passionate about data, strategy and analytics.
Job Description:
Responsible for owning the development of insights that empower business users to make day-to-day decisions
Build and implement visualizations that bring forth the depth of data in easy-to-use views and dashboards
Create an “always-on” approach for understanding and analyzing our business
Enhance the technical capability of the team and deliver the build out of innovative approaches to assessing transactions, customers and growth
Ensure a strong analytical approach for delivering impactful insights and accurate / meaningful evaluation for all growth aspects of the business
Coordinate data and business process to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with our objectives
Have fun while driving innovation and utilizing cutting-edge technologies
Job Requirements:
5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, risk or data engineering
5 years of SQL experience with a deep understanding of structured and unstructured databases
Strong experience using Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik to perform data analytical tasks
Bachelor’s degree (Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, etc) - MBA or advanced quantitative degree is a plus
Proven understanding of transactional data and how to leverage that to drive valuable insights
Working knowledge in relevant technologies/languages: Python, R, MongoDB, Redshift
Excellent collaboration and partnership skills for working across internal organizations
Ability to drive collaboration within a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and results-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and an appreciation of diversity in teamwork
