Our company is looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The Commercial Project Manager will work closely with the project team to ensure that deadlines are met, and will be expected to provide regular updates on progress. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project management principles and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
• Manage project budgets and resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Provide technical support to the project team.
• Monitor project progress and performance.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress and discuss changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
