Pay: $17
Shift: 3rd shift
- Verify and Invoice customer accounts accurately.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Solve customer issues.
- Organize and file documentation in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Operations on special requests .
- Collaborate and schedule availability of product with warehouse team.
- Generate customer reports per request.
- Perform customer service responsibilities such as processing orders, tracking product, and handling issues on customer inquiries.
- Research Inventory discrepancies and misplacements.
- Verify Inbound receipts.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent Verbal and written communication
- Computer skill including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- Maintain organization, including the ability to multi task and prioritize
- 1 year customer service experience
