Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Perform IV insertions and assist with procedures as needed
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide compassionate care to patients in various settings such as medical offices, nursing homes, and hospitals

Skills:
- Proficient in patient assessment and care planning
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and electronic health records systems like Cerner and Athenahealth
- Ability to perform IV insertions and other clinical procedures
- Strong understanding of physiology and disease processes
- Experience in case management and coordinating patient care
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Ability to lift and move patients when necessary

• PCU: 1 year (Required)
