Responsibilities
- Oversee caseload of 6-8 kiddos in center-based setting
- Manage and train RBTs
- Conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans
- Provide parent coaching and work with other disciplines including Speech and Occupational Therapy
- Experience using ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp preferred
- Uncapped Bonus for going over 26 billable hours!
- BCBA or BCBA-D
- New BCBAs encouraged to apply!
- LBA in NC, or eligible for LBA
- $5,000 - $10,000 Sign On Bonus
- 4 Day Work Week
