Day-to-day local store marketing to expand catering sales and maintain guest relationships, increase brand awareness and community engagement in the Charlotte metro area to include Rock Hill, SC and Concord, NC.
Collaborate in all functions of marketing including creative execution and project management for franchisee promotions.
Actively participate in high profile catering events. Coordinate Random Acts of BBQ program and other philanthropic efforts.
Ensure consistent brand and image is maintained in restaurant and marketing materials.
