Job Description:

As the Part-Time Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production process to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects. You will be responsible for project layouts, material procurement, job organization, and coordination of installation teams. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction throughout the production phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct project layouts to optimize space and resources for efficient production.
• Order materials and supplies necessary for project completion, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Organize and schedule jobs, assigning tasks to installation teams based on availability and expertise.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all production-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Hire, train, and supervise production staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor production progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production management or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques is a plus.
