Job Summary:
U.S. Medical Staffing is seeking a reliable RN or LPN for a Part time 1:1 case in Commack. This is for a Student With diabetic needs. Nurse would meet at the school and assist the student throughout the day while updating the parents of his numbers. This Case will be for the rest of this school year and will start up again next school year. This would be a part time case of 3 days a week with the possibility of becoming 5 days a week next school year. The hours are 9:00am - 3:00pm. No weekends or Holidays.
Job Requirements:

• Current NYS Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
• NYS Registered Nurse Nursing Registration or Licensed Practical Nurse
• BCLS or ACLS -The American Heart Association
• Physical (WITHIN ONE YEAR)
• PPD, Chest X-Ray or QuantiFERON Gold TB blood results
• MMR/Titers Lab Report
• Two forms for government ID’s
• Fingerprinted by the DOE
