Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
3 years of experience with supporting On-Prem & SaaS applications utilizing SQL server databases.
Must possess strong knowledge in Stored Procedures, SSIS, and writing and tuning of queries
Knowledgeable of SQL Server & Windows Server
Vendor Application Support - Releases, Patches, and Incident Support
API (SOAP and REST) development and management for both On-Prem and to Cloud SaaS vendor applications
Knowledge of different SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, etc.
Experience with Scheduling Tools and Code Management software
Provides technical assistance in solving hardware or software problems.
Possesses an in-depth knowledge of and works with the technical tools available for systems development and support
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Office experience
Experience working in multi-platform environment
Ability to balance both development and support roles
Experience in working on projects that involve business segments
Strong analytical, strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups
