Masonry Foreman - Up to $5000 Sign-On Bonus

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

We are seeking an experienced Masonry Superintendent to join our construction team. This role involves coordinating construction activities at project sites, managing manpower, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The ideal candidate has significant experience in masonry projects and is willing to travel up to 2 hours to various sites.

ROUTINE DUTIES:

• Develop and update weekly construction schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members, subcontractors, customers, and employees.
• Plan and manage construction tasks and daily crew layouts.
• Oversee job site activities, including manpower and equipment orders.
• Ensure all jobsites are clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety regulations and conduct daily safety meetings.
• Report daily to office manager and direct supervisor.
• Obtain required training certifications (OSHA, First Aid, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory masonry field construction experience.
• Valid and clean Ohio driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Proficient with blueprints and crew management.
• Willingness to learn iPad technology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions and travel up to 2 hours to job sites.
