🏠 Position: Part-Time Leasing Consultant (Agent, Specialist)
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Monday
Responsibilities:
📞 Respond to potential residents' inquiries via office visits, in-person chats, and digital platforms.
🔑 Show off our amazing apartment homes, answer questions, and seal the deal on leases.
🤝 Set clear expectations for security deposits, rent procedures, and included amenities.
📋 Handle background checks and lease applications with finesse.
💼 Ensure lease terms are followed and handle any tenant issues like a pro.
💰 Use your sales skills and top-notch service to maximize occupancy.
📢 Help with community advertising and online presence.
💬 Keep up professional communication with residents and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
👩💼 Minimum 1 year of leasing or customer service experience (bonus points for multifamily housing).
🗓️ Availability on weekends.
💪 Able to stand, walk, sit for long periods and lift up to 20lbs.
🎓 National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification is a plus!
💬 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
