About the Right Candidate
Manager, Partner Success is a critical member of Rev1’s Partnership team, a diverse team driving connectivity between startups and corporates. You’ll join our Columbus South Campus Gateway office (hybrid working model) on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be passionate about entrepreneurship – someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer/client-facing role. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing key program initiatives, and facilitating effective connections between startups and relevant corporate partners. Reporting to the Managing Director, Corporate Partnerships, this team member will be highly organized and an excellent communicator and can work cross-functionally with entrepreneurs, Rev1 team members and executives, Corporate Partners, and startup community peers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead Rev1 Vetted Service Providers Program that delivers quality services for startups at an affordable rate
Prepare regional startups for meaningful corporate connections:
Support curation of startup deal flow for corporate innovation partners:
Act as a key project manager supporting the Rev1 Partnerships team in the execution of internal initiatives to promote contract adherence, data consistency and other projects as needed.
Attend targeted industry events to network and identify startup and partner opportunities.
Be a credible spokesperson for Rev1 externally (conferences, business to business meetings, community stakeholders, etc.).

The ideal candidate is passionate about business process and client relations.. We believe success in this position requires a healthy mix of left-brain (detail-oriented and analytical) and right-brain (charismatic and collaborative).
