In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our team to understand customer needs, craft drawings, address technical concerns, and ensure seamless communication with clients throughout the design phase.

Compensation : $17 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Interpret and establish all costs associated with the customer’s harness drawings
• Create quotes for new and existing customers that satisfy the customer’s needs
• Create drawings using internal software based on customer designs
• Review customer drawings for technical issues and provide solutions
• Maintain a rapport with the customer through the design process and make adjustments as needed
• Work closely with the production team to confirm and resolve issues with final harness designs
• Source and investigate the pricing of new materials
• Maintain accurate paperwork and job files electronically and physically to facilitate a smooth transition of information
• Perform other duties reasonably related to the position

Qualifications :

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
• Electric or Electronics Industry Experience a plus
