As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll be instrumental in managing our cash influx and ensuring timely payments from our valued customers. Your keen attention to detail will shine as you meticulously process, track, and record payments, keeping our financial systems running smoothly. You'll work closely with our finance team to optimize transactions, identify areas for improvement, and maintain the utmost integrity and confidentiality in all financial reporting. Your dedication will strengthen our relationships with clients as you communicate regarding past-due accounts and streamline our accounts receivable process. Here's what we need from you:

  • An associate degree or higher or equivalent OR 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
  • Experience with accounts receivable or accounts payable
  • Experience with driving process improvements
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and a common accounting ERP system, such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
  • Knowledge about the basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Excellent time management skills with great attention to detail
