As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll be instrumental in managing our cash influx and ensuring timely payments from our valued customers. Here's what we need from you:
- An associate degree or higher or equivalent OR 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
- Experience with accounts receivable or accounts payable
- Experience with driving process improvements
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and a common accounting ERP system, such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
- Knowledge about the basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent time management skills with great attention to detail
