Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate coffee barista to join our team. As a barista at As Well As, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos, according to our recipes and standards. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, and ensuring that the coffee shop is clean and organized at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manually dial in espresso at the start of the shift.
• Prepare and serve coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos, according to our recipes and standards
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures
• Assist with stocking and inventory management
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications

• Experience working as a barista on a manual machine
• Positive, team player attitude
• Attentive to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
