Job Overview:
We are seeking Seasonal Team Associates to join our team for the upcoming busy season. As a Seasonal Team Associate, you will assist customers, handle transactions, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist customers with inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
-Assist customers with loading mulch, rocks, and soil
-Water plants
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating a cash register
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
