Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance
- Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, digital marketing, and other channels
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including website content, brochures, and presentations
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales, recruitment, and client acquisition efforts
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Experience in the executive search or recruitment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
