Job Title: Superintendent for Townhome Construction in Colorado Springs

Location: Colorado Springs (office approximately 15 miles south of downtown Denver)

*Must Have Multi-Family Construction Experience*

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of 2 and 3-story townhomes (3 and 4 plex) in Colorado Springs.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Train and supervise on-site personnel, including laborers and assistant superintendents.
• Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions to the construction schedule.
• Collaborate with engineering and architectural teams to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Utilize experience in multi-family construction to optimize efficiency and quality in the building process.
• Prepare the community for vertical construction, with an expected transition by June 3rd.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in building townhomes, particularly in multi-family construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Colorado building codes and regulations.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
