We are looking for a team-oriented individual to join our fast-paced Accounting Department as a part time Accounting Specialist. We are estimating 20 – 25 hours per week for this position offering a flexible schedule between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for:

· Tenant billings

· Posting payments

· Collections

· Lease administration

· Account reconciliation

· Maintaining tenant files

Position requirements include:

· Prior experience working in a complex multiple company environment with heavy billing and A/R volume

· Prior experience with parking account management and billing is highly desired

· Attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Strong interpersonal communication skills

· At least two years of professional experience in a similar position

· Prior property management industry experience is highly desired

An Associate’s degree in Accounting, knowledge of Yardi and similar industry are preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
