Role and Responsibilities
Supports the team on all operational aspects of the business. Performs duties which includes managing all customer invoice and billing activities, accounts payable, maintaining internal financials, preparing reports and financial data. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with others, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
