position is responsible as follows:

1. Perform routine maintenance throughout the property, to include painting, caulking, carpet/floor cleaning,shampoo carpet, little plumbing. door locks

2. Perform adjustments and/or replacement of window air conditioning units.

3. Clean and maintain the hotel’s exterior area and public spaces, to include lawnmower and overall landscape and curb appeal.

4. work as a team and work all the jobs managementrequested. Experience: must have 1 year apartments or hotel experience.
