POSITION SUMMARY:

Achieve your new business volume objectives through program development, tracking and scorecarding, working with the field team and creating targets for the group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

• Develop monthly and annual new business programs including contracts, blitz programming and promotions
• Understand the market opportunities with a deep understanding of channel expertise.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by uncovering opportunities to grow new locations.
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Track year over year new business results for first 3 years of new accounts
• Deliver pre-established targets to the field sales team for foodservice new business
• Assist the field in hard to win/sign accounts
• Create P&L scenarios when needed for new accounts
• Performs other duties as required.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 5 years Sales/New Business experience; OR 7 years Sales/New Business experience.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Related training or certification.
• Experience working in a team environment.

Pay: $62,400.00 - $80,000.00 per year
