Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our specialized equipment for the mining and construction industry around the world. You will work closely with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, including experience with WordPress, marketing automation, advertising, analytics, research, copywriting, email marketing, Google, and performance marketing.
Duties:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Utilize marketing automation tools to optimize lead generation and nurturing
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content for various marketing channels
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Skills:
- Proficient in WordPress for website management and content creation
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo
- Experience in developing and executing advertising campaigns across different platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent research skills to identify market trends and consumer insights
- Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling content across various channels
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales optimization
- Experience in email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
