Jimmy John's - Immediate Hire for P.I.C (Person in Charge)
Are you ready to take charge and lead a team in a fun and fast-paced environment at Jimmy John's?
Join us as a P.I.C (Person in Charge) and learn the ropes of our business to prepare for a future management role. Are you enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards? We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Person in Charge. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of our business and prepare to take on a management position in the future. You will start the process as a beginner and finish the training process as a ready and capable shift leader.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations, including customer service, food prep, and inventory management.
- Train and develop new team members.
- Maintain Jimmy John's procedures and systems.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Achieve set goals and targets.
Requirements
- Responsible for maintaining product and service standards.
- Execute quality store operations.
- Adhere to food safety and security guidelines.
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly.
- Capable of standing, bending, and reaching throughout shifts.
- Mobile in a refrigerator and freezer environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in the food service industry.
- 1 year of prior management experience.
- Full-time availability (5 days on, 2 days off).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
