 Secured Investment Corp, the nation’s fastest growing Real Estate Education & Private Money Lending Firm, is currently seeking a highly ambitious and enthusiastic Loan Servicing Assistant in our servicing department! The Loan Servicing Assistant will be responsible for loan related tasks to include but not limited to: loan paperwork and tracking, data entry, & customer relations. This is an on-site job located in Coeur d Alene, Idaho.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service to internal and external customers (manager and borrowers/lenders)
• Post-closing tasks and review of loan documents for complete file. Organize and scan files to attach to loan file in servicing software. Notate, follow-up, and track exceptions.
• Work with borrower and lenders on servicing requests or issues
• Experience with The Mortgage Office (TMO) or similar loan management software preferred (For example, Encompass).
• Answer incoming phone calls to the department.
• Assist Borrower/Lenders with resolving issues that arise and loan defaults
• Tax and insurance tracking management
• Assist with Loan onboarding

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Works well in a team atmosphere
• Mortgage knowledge or experience (or demonstrated ability to learn, or similar relevant real estate experience)
• Detail oriented and the ability to multi-task, handle tasks efficiently and problem solve
• Ability to take direction and comprehend training; ability to self-manage routine tasks and remain organized (our team is excellent about helping each other and answering questions, but does not micromanage)
• Strong organization and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work within timeframes and meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe and CRM Sales Tracking Systems
