Position Overview: 

We are seeking a select few, highly motivated individuals to join our phone sales team. In this role, you will engage with warm leads, discuss their business and personal goals, build rapport, and determine whether the clients are qualified to speak with a Senior Consultant. This essential role in our organization is all about talking with people and building relationships. 

Responsibilities: 

• Engage with warm leads via phone call and text message to understand their real estate business objectives and personal goals. 
• Qualify leads by assessing their level of experience and ability in real estate investing. 
• Consult with leads to identify their specific needs, challenges and resources.
• Schedule meetings between potential clients and sales representatives, ensuring a smooth transition into the sales pipeline. 
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in our CRM system. 
• Follow up with potential leads after initial contact and meetings to keep the interest alive and facilitate further engagement. 
• Work closely with sales team members to refine outreach tactics and share feedback from potential clients. 
• Meet baseline phone requirements.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Call center experience a plus.
