Job Description:

As a Boat Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right boat for their needs, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will work closely with our customers to understand their preferences and budget, provide expert advice on boat selection, and facilitate the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.

Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to understand their boating needs and preferences.

Showcase our range of boats and provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.

Present and negotiate pricing and financing options.

Prepare and complete sales contracts and documentation.

Coordinate delivery and handover of boats to customers.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Attend trade shows and events to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

Prior sales experience preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Valid driver's license.

Basic computer skills.
