As a Float RN, you'll have the chance to work in different dialysis facilities, exposing you to a wide range of medical conditions, patient populations, and treatments. Requirements:

Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
Current BLS/CPR certification required.
Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
Previous dialysis preferred.
