Kitchen Team Lead responsibilities include:

• Lead and motivate team to ensure kitchen is running smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage daily duties that include:
  • Proper preparation and handling of food
  • Stocking
  • Cleaning
  • Backstock
  • Ordering of supplies
• Assist in training of new hires
• Handle customer complaints/compliments in a professional manner
• Participate in regular meetings with Food Service Manager to discuss performance and goals

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory roll preferred but not required.

Applicants must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Must have a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to lift/carry 20lbs continuously
