Responsibilities:
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing
- Educate patients on proper medication use and other healthcare instructions
Requirements:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent training
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
- Ability to accurately take and record vital signs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Experience working in medical pediatric setting
PREFERABLY MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH FLUENTLY
