This is a full-time on-site role as the Senior Director of Development for City Year Cleveland located in Cleveland, OH. The Senior Director of Development will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase support through planned giving, annual giving, philanthropy, budgeting, and fundraising for the organization. Qualifications

• Experience in planned giving, annual giving, and philanthropy
• Strong budgeting and fundraising skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
