**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as a 6th and 7th grade English Language Arts (ELA) teacher. This position offers the opportunity to inspire and educate middle school students in the field of English language arts.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of 6th and -grade students in ELA.

- Provide instruction on reading comprehension, writing skills, grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis.

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.

- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall academic experience for students.

- Provide academic advising and support to students as needed.

**Skills:**

- Proficient in copy editing, writing, and proofreading.

- Experience in academic advising and tutoring.

- Strong classroom management and behavior management skills.
