Interested candidates must be able to:

• Factory back training regarding the product line and in house sales process training.
• Follow the proven steps of the Sales Process from Greeting to Delivery and more!
• Answer customers questions and inquiries with honesty and transparency.
• Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions and processing transaction paperwork
• Generate and maintain above District Customer Satisfaction Scores
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

The ideal candidate must be coachable and have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales representatives come from a variety of backgrounds ranging from entry level to career changers or experienced sales. Success does not hinge on precise work experience although experience in automotive sales is a huge plus.

• Preferred prior experience as a sales representative in either automotive sales, inside sales, outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing sales
• Outgoing personality with the ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships
• Basic math skills and computer software and internet proficiency is a plus
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

• Adhere to the company’s dress code policy
• Adhere to the Tobacco-Free Campus Policy
• Must be on time and flexible with a schedule that including evenings, weekends and holidays
