As the Schedule Coordinator you will assist with scheduling teams to the customers/client locations to assess the work that would need to be completed. Requirements
- Efficiently assign Plumbing manpower technicians to service or projects based on their expertise, location and work load requirements
- Maintain clear and effective communication with field technicians, providing necessary information and updates on service calls or project completion timeline on daily and weekly basis
- Forward lodging requests and manage expenses/per diem to higher management for approval
- Manage timesheets and provide audits in a timely manner
- Track and manage requests for time off, including the approval or rejection process, and provide feedback as necessary
- Review and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly
- Keep accurate record of service calls, technician availability, and customer/client information in the dispatch system
- Generate and analyze reports to assess effectiveness of operations and identify areas of improvement
- Receive incoming calls about past services, follow-ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and information flow between teams
- Proactively address scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and unforeseen challenges to minimize disruptions
- Familiarity with Plumbing work scope is ideal, but not required
