We pride ourselves on treating each of our guests with the utmost respect, and we are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Assist customers with product selection and making purchases
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the work environment is neat and organized
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and complete sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills -Assist clients with taking in Jewelry and watch repairs

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail Jewelry sales
- Knowledge of diamonds, luxury jewelry, and luxury watches
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
