Orchard Park Senior Living is Hiring a Sales and Marketing Assistant Near Clearlake, CA
Do you love seniors? We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Assistant. This is a fast-paced environment so you must possess the ability to listen compassionately, overcome objections and easily become well connected in the senior living industry.
The Sales and Marketing Assistant will be responsible for achieving high occupancy via direct sales activities with prospective residents and families. Responsibilities include lead generation, follow up phone calls, CRM management, touring, admission paperwork, establishing professional referral partners, hosting in-house events, and marketing in the local community to healthcare and business entities that have influence on the senior market.
Must be a self-starter with outstanding communication skills who is flexible.
Full or part-time opportunity.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
