Position: Marketing Assistant for small Landscape Company

• Note: Candidates must be local, this is not a remote job.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Knowledge of social media and online marketing

· Web-site builder-design knowledge.

· Online marketing for a landscaping business.

· Photography skills for advertisement strategies and analytical presentation.

·

· Have basic knowledge of landscaping industry, and ability to learn company philosophy.

· Generate Marketing contacts to grow the business.

· Filing and organizing business documents and others when needed

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

· Preferred knowledge of marketing and business administration.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office “Word, Excel”, other, and office software

· Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Bilingual English-Spanish important but not necessary for this position

· Ideal candidate, mature and highly motivated to grow professionally and within firm.

Work Environment

· Work independently and manage time effectively.

· Part time job 15-16 hour per week flexible/fix schedule Monday - Friday

· Working hours are to be scheduled from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.

· Location of job site in Santa Rosa, California

· Note

· Salary $ 24.00-$ 25.00 per hour

· Advisable not to travel more than 10-15 miles to and from the job site.

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment
- Support the execution of e-commerce initiatives, including website updates and product launches

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms
- Proficient in market research techniques and data analysis
- Basic understanding of HTML5 for website updates is a plus

- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
