**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). **Duties:** - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA - Collect and record data on observable client behavior - Provide direct patient care in one-on-one and group settings - Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment plans - Participate in team meetings to review client progress and adjust interventions as needed **Qualifications:** - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism - Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles - Proficiency in data collection methods - Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health - Ability to work effectively with individuals across various age groups and backgrounds - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Certification in ABA or related field is a plus This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with special needs. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.50 - $27.50 per hour
