NW Employment Solutions is Hiring a Machine Operator Near Clackamas, OR
NW Employment Solutions is partnered with a local Masonry supply company located in Clackamas Or and we are seeking Machine Operators to join our team! We are looking to hold interviews 5/17/2024
The ideal candidate will have prior masonry or hardscape manufacturing experience, plus the following requirements:
- Must be detail and quality oriented with the ability to use measuring instruments to perform basic quality checks.
- Must possess mechanical aptitude and be able to identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical problems and irregularities.
- Must be safety oriented, and willing to follow safety processes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently, but also in a group setting where teamwork and collaboration is key.
- This position requires a lot of bending, twisting, and reaching while standing.
- Must be able to work quickly, while standing, in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Physical capacity to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis
- Willing and able to work day or night shifts, overtime, and adaptable to changing work hours.
- Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Previous forklift experience/ certification is a plus.
