Description:

We are seeking a committed individual for long-term employment, as we prioritize investing in training and education within the flooring industry. The ideal candidate will be reliable, confident, energetic, and highly motivated.

Responsibilities:

- Excellent communication skills are essential; bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is advantageous.

- Actively listen to customers and provide tailored product recommendations based on their needs.

- Communicate effectively with potential customers via phone and email in a timely manner.

- Maintain organizational skills and assist with various office tasks as needed.

- Full-time position with 8-hour workdays, including weekends.

- Starting wage commences at $18.00 per hour (subject to the candidate's experience), accompanied by a compulsory 2-month training/trial period within the flooring industry. The annual salary holds the potential to effortlessly exceed $80,000, $90,000, and even $100,000, contingent upon the candidate's sales acumen. Furthermore, the triumphant candidate will undertake the task of cultivating a customer portfolio, encompassing contractors, builders, interior designers, etc., thereby guaranteeing consistency in their weekly sales.

- Compensation includes a base salary plus commission.

- Openings available at both our Cinnaminson and Hamilton locations.

- Recruitment process includes two interviews and an IQ/Personality test (2 hours), all conducted in person at our showrooms by appointment.
