Akkodis is seeking a Lead Design Engineer for a Contract position with a client located in Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid). Ideally looking for candidates having experience with Thermal, Heat transfer, Stress Analysis also with Ansys, NX.

Hourly Rate Range: $55-$65 per hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Duration- 11-12 Months

Location- Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid)- (3 days Onsite, 2 days remote)

Do the Engineering Design work Engineering Change Work with the Cost Execution position Conduct design analysis to make sure the change needs to happen DRB Article, CID Stress and Heat Transfer experience Understanding rotating parts preferred Software’s: Office, NX, Spotfire, Teamcenter, ANSYS.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science from an accredited college or university (or high school diploma/GED with 6 years' experience in design engineering).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering role Required Qualifications

• Demonstrates basic domain expertise in technical knowledge

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and lead small teams

• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

• Effective problem identification and solution skills

Remote work (can any of the work be done fully remote or part-time remote): Onsite Shift (Provide Hours): First shift 8-4 (start /-1hr, 8 hr day)
